You were right with Germany. Start in Frankfurt and travel around depending on where you want to go. Staying near Frankfurt gives you access to quite a number of FKK clubs. If you have time I'd start in Frankfurt for few days then drive up north west (forgot name of area) and stay near Dusseldorf, again a lot of FKK clubs within range. Should do some research on FKK clubs as they change over time in terms of popularity and girls etc. Unsure how recent situation in Germany might have affected these places. I liked Oase, Mainhatten, Sharks, World, Villa Vertigo, etc but there are others worth visiting. Note if you travel with a female companion, many clubs will not allow her entry.
Did an amazing one two years ago. Great weather, food, and drinks. The ladies you could keep or switch daily at no extra tipping required. Will definitely be going back probably next year.
