There's been cases where multiple handles have been used to give providers who are supposed to be new a veneer of authenticity.  But if you dig deep enough you can see that these handles consistently give out good reviews to these selected providers but never review anyone else.  Then when others start seeing these girls, the reviews aren't so good.  It's also likely the providers repeat this multiple times with different names/phone numbers/emails.
