Eros just lost all credibility with their 'verified picture' captioning on THIS gal. I can't tell if it's bad photoshop on her face or bad airbrushing. It looks like her face is covered in silly putty and then spray-painted with rouge.
"Staff" and "GND" are TER terms... They're Eros verified, not TER verified.
Sadly, "Eros Verified" simply means that the gal in the photo actually exists, and nothing more. It doesn't mean that it's the gal that will show up, or that she'll look as good as the pictures.
The verification process addresses one, and only one problem and won't help with any others... In order to be verified, the provider simply submits a picture of herself holding a sign saying "Eros Guide" and the current date. This prevents one from stealing the pics of some other hottie off another site and using them in your ad. It doesn't prevent airbrushing, bait and switch, etc.
