There were a number of sites that had regular ladies visiting MPLS that were great. I had particularly good luck with Touring Girls and Amanda.  

This site is now closed.  Could the group help out with some advice on finding quality ladies that travel here regularly, outside the providers that live here?

You can follow providers from all over the world,  and when they go on tour, they will tweet about it. Some will even run polls to fish for interest in certain cities.

Eros has a good listing of touring girls, by city.

These are typically agencies which rotate them and place them in downtown 4*s

I have found them higher than typical pricing and mediocre value.. hit and miss so YMMV
