Here is a question for providers.  If you list an email address.  What do YOU feel is an adequate response time back to the hobbist?

I try my best to get back to them within a few hours.

I have left numerous phone messages with a highly rated provider and have not gotten one response. Very frustrating, after all it is a business ladies and your response is needed.

You are 100% right Red - I know I have had a few that I let go by before and it feels just awful to let it go more than a day or 2!!!  I know there can be extenuating circumstances, but it is best to make the exchange as quickly as possible.

Are you leaving the requested info that she may ask for?  Are you repeating the phone number 2x? many times this gets cut if you are on your cell.  I know I dont call anyone back that does not give me enough info or says when it is ok to call.  I dont bother calling back if you dont tell me to.  Who knows what number was given and if there are certain hours to call.  Also some providers leave their phones off when on vactaion.  Who knows in your case so many reasons.
