I finally recieved an e-mail after writing TER for three weeks asking why I was removed. Apparently someone wrote several reviews under several different names and I am now paying the price with my removal.
I had reported to Ben a couple of months ago that I had a fake review and I assume that TER investigated and found a few others and decided I was to blame and removed me.
I am very upset in all the years I have worked in this business I have always strived to be an honest and fair provider, being removed from TER has hurt my business in a sense it says somehow that I am dishonest or have done something wrong.
How do I as a provider fight this there is not exactly a LEGAL place for me to go to get help.
As you all can read I am feeling really helpless. I need some good advice please..

and there are a number of ways that might happen I suppose.

If you are a VIP member you can get/send PMs by clicking on "mail" in the top right side of this page.
If not, then either give us a clue to who you are so we can rally round, or another email address so you can choose who to reveal that info to.  Without it there's not much we can do. Just from the impression you make when you write I'm sure you have friends and fans and that can be leveraged in your favor.   LS.

Thanks I am not trying to get attention , I like being in the background and Ben is trying t help also but I thought perhap someone may have adviice about how I should deal with TER, I have been writing to them for three weeks found out a few days ago tat they can not reach me on aol so I gave them my hotmail and my phone e-mails.
I just got an answer telling me one person or maybe two wrote reviews under like 6 names.
I had no idea and it is noy like I got 9- 9 reviews they all are and have been 6, 7 - 7, 8 every now and again getting a BAD review like a 5-6 which is fine.
I do not charge big bucks and work out of my home in a very expensive safe area but by removing me TER is saying that I am bad in all the million of years that I have been working I have never had a problem never!
So I am rambling but I guess what I am saying is I need to get advice on how  to handle TER myself. I do not think that having others write to them is going to help as the one person who thought was helpng me got me removed.

Just be glad in that LOL!!!.. there is another gal having problems as well... I think the best advice is to just stay on them until they make things right... Seems that TER sometimes just doesn't care to listen to the gals when they have profile and review problems.. just my observation...

If getting some new clients out this debacle, who will write legitimate reviews will help, put me on your list.  I would love to spend a quality session with you and I would post a fair and legitimate review, even it only appears on the Discussion Board. If I can help you out this way, let me know.

Don't fel bad you are not the only one having problems, I have a review that I just recently read that is a 8-4 which is interesting, I read the review and I never even saw him there were so many things in the review that I never do so it is very frustrating, I was caught in the middle of 2 agencis trying to dog eachothers girls out and us girls have to suffer for it...Oh well I guess it's all in the nature of the business....

That is something you will have to ask Bendover, he knows what is going on and is trying to help me I was just asking here on this site if anyone had advice on what to say to TER so I can get my reviews back..

Ben I do not think I am banned, I forwarded the e-mail they sent to me and they did not say anything in it about banned. But you can read it at your leasure.

I do not think I made myself clear enough apparently One person wrote 6 reviews with 6 different names and they are blaming me, I had 4 pages of reviews and I do not always like all of them but I think it is important for you guys to know what you are getting.
I do not ask you gentlemen when you see me to write reviews and if you see from a prior review I just ask that you be nice when writing about me.
I am being punished for anothers actions and it effects my business my reputation and is making me a little crazy so I was just seeking some advice on how to handle TER.

Really without knowing what TER has said to you.. There is no way to help you... the best is to stay on them until the problem is corrected! Ben seems to be a fair person and has always seemed willing to help.. my .02 worth

Yes I have figured that out, I just blew my top yesterday when TER notified me, all they did was ask me to explain this and then gave me the 6 names that wrote the reviews that were apparently done by one person.

I thank you guys for the thoughts though, I just felt a little beat up yesterday.

The boards are the boards...for what that is worth...LOL!! They are not your life!!... and if your feeling pissed about something here just take a deep breath and walk away for awhile.... but nothing wrong with a little venting just a shame some of the guys have to beat you up over it...

It is standard that a delisted provider isn't allowed to post, but it'sa easy to see that "InSin" is very trustworthy and level-headed about all this... I hope my observation of her will filter up the chain of command.... Sorry this is all so slow,,, TER is undergoing some changes right now, so attention is deverted elsewhere right now.... (Note the 2 new boards over on the left of the page)
