..Given the "assumed" business model being used by MNE has schedulers completely controlling the clientele, I wonder if the ladies have any clue at all about who they will be meeting?  Do they have a choice?  Perhaps they have quite a bit of choice but if they are pressurred to see who is lined up in any way it seems to me that MNE and the schedulers are now in full pimp mode.  Election year approaching and HT is a huge bullet point on the platforms of both parties.  I don't think it would take even a moderately aggressive prosocuter to determine the organized process has intentionally stepped over that line.  I've thought this way quite a while actually and won't be interested in seeing any of these ladies for what should still be considered a legal massage.   Still having several nice independents around town is a blessing!  This isn't just a fine/wrist slap world anymore.  Thoughts from others?

… re the odds of LE going after an independent provider who hosts in a private incall, hotels, or perhaps her home, vs. the odds of them going after a group of providers who are “scheduled” centrally and who share one or two sites that are fairly well known… and where a concern about trafficking could be legitimately raised.

I’m thinking it’s pretty clear where the lower odds, and risk, are.  Also I think I’ll have better odds of getting a consistently excellent experience from independent providers.

Pretty small splash if they shut down an independent working to pay school loans and a client who if they keep from talking most likely can not even be arrested .
A lot of time and money for small headlines.

At least I don't and never have worked for anyone but, I do use that site sometimes.
idk about anyone else's thoughts but if you have a scheduler it's sort of like you having a "pimp" in a way considering the fact they're being paid to schedule and you don't really have much of a say over who's coming in.
That's the whole point of it, to get as many people in as you can and make $$$.
Totally understandable that some can't work without "management" however,
To me that seems so exhausting, as if it's a race to bottom not to mention being crammed into an apartment situation in the middle of a pandemic/endemic aside from the other not so fun parts of the industry ..yikes .

It's too bad you don't think much before you start banging on the keyboard.  I don't believe the ladies we see advertised on MNE are trafficked as most would assume the term means.  I, as I imagine most others would, assume they are all doing this thru their own free will.  Perhaps I could have been more clear and stated the greater concern is over the expanded definition of trafficking.  If you think our legislators have recently narrowed that term down to mean just only humans imported to the country to be used as sex workers or underage kids being pulled into the business by eastern bloc gangs...so be it and good luck.  I believe it's been the opposite of that.  I believe a motivated (higher political aspirations) prosecutor now has the ability to simply ALLEDGE a person is not forced, but only manipulated into engaging in sex work of any kind the threshold has been achieved.  This powerful tool they've been given by our politicians will be used more for making their own headlines than it will to attack a real and very serious problem.  Bank on it.

Having said that, how many on here would actually want to see someone doing this against their will?  I'd certainly hope nobody would but given your written desire to seek out the most vulnerable to engage in sex with, this may even turn you on if they were actually trafficked, confined sex slaves.

What I'm talking about is a motivated prosocuter using new trafficking laws to attempt to prosecute ANY type of organized sex ring.  Now, if you want to tell me that the handfull of houses operating around the metro are anything but organized rings, please do.  I haven't read all elements of the new trafficing laws but I can tell you that when new laws like this are put into place, they are done in a manner that it casts a very large net.

Could this also be stated as... You (the sex worker) are being scheduled to Fuck Gary at 1:00, Steve at 2:15 and etc... ?

If a compensated scheduler lines up sex for more than one worker, it is a sex ring and they have conspired to break the law.  Using phone/internet in the process, does this mean RICO?  Put one worker under deposition that claims she was drugged or supplied booze to get thru it or compelled in any way to engage (or HOW they engage) in particular sex acts and it brings what used to be solicitation to a whole new level.  The important F word isn't FUCK, it's FELONY.

Let me get this straight on what you are asking/stating.

1.  New laws are making it "easier" to use the words "trafficking" and with that comes harsher penalties?
2.  New DA or political leaders might "use" this to make headlines?

Now if those two things mentioned above are accurate in what you are trying to say.... Here is my take on it.

1.  Even with new laws it is still hard to "prosecute".  What I am getting at is that there needs to be a blatant or obvious violations.  Just helping with "ads" or "screening" might not fit the bill or hard to show "trafficking".   But if drugs, forced against will, driving someone to "appointments",  not letting someone leave a "house", etc.  Then that is different.  But just screening/advertizing could be harder to prove as "trafficking".  It is like if I sublet an apartment to someone using it for prostitution?... am I facilitating?  I am obviously getting money off it because they pay the rent with said funds....but am I facilitating "trafficking"?   Just like the schedulers and what not can claim they dont know exactly what happens behind closed doors if the fact that all they are doing is schedualing/advertising for them.   Most of those "ads" dont talk about sex many state NO FS.... or state nothing about sex.   So like I stated very hard to prove.   I do understand you will say all it will take a person to "flip" and say they were drugged and what not.  But again.... need proof.

2.  Yes I can see DA and Politicians going after so sort of outfit trying to make headlines.   But most of the time they want it to be like what happened in FL with the Patriots owner.... They want AMP busts or what happened in the hotel one with the guy driving the chinese women around in BLM.   They want grabbing headlines.  That is either forgieners or children.  Not the college age girls or older making money.  Or the DA or political officals want to shut down a dirty strip club or things like that.  Which looks like it is "cleaning up" an area.

Now a side note.... I could see them going after a website like they did with Backpage.  So trying to go after MNE website for sure.  Like they did with Ashley madison, backpage, etc.  I see them doing that more than going after a few girls in an apartment setting.

But agree 100% if anyone is doing this under duress (pimped) or are minors.... go after them full tilt.  Because that is more trafficking that what most of the MNE girls are doing.  IHMO.

I am not saying that the MNE gals are being trafficked in any sense.  Just putting it out there that things have ramped up in the last year.  I don't think that getting caught up in a prosti "sting" has quite the impact of getting even potentially implicated in a trafficking sting.  State vs Fed.  Inability to prove/convict has never stopped agenda driven DA's before.  More of bringing some light to potential issues out there.

They always bring in human trafficking.  That most of the people who get arrested have nothing to do with trafficking is irrelevant; LE will still talk about their efforts to combat human trafficking.  If LE were to go after MNE, that the providers on there are not trafficked will not matter.  LE will still try to make it look like they were after traffickers.

crsm27 32 Reviews 131 reads

you were the one who brought up MNE.

Anyways like I stated and believe that they always try to bring up "trafficking"... but it is hard to prove when it comes to certain things.

That is why most of the time the DA's and politicians go after the AMPS or AAMPS.  Because they can make it look like "trafficking" when much of the workers might not speak english or dont speak it well.  It makes the papers and news.  When they bust a massage girl from MNE it isn't as "high profile".   I hope that makes sense.

But yes I do agree that in a political year be more cautious.  Because what the DA will do is have stings.... Like advertizing on MNE and then when a person contacts said number.... they will offer other things.  Like "young" and what not.  Then they will tell an age before meet up and bust people.   WHICH THEY SHOULD IF SOMEONE WANTS A MINOR.   They should get the book thrown at them.   But I see more of that stuff than actually going after someone already advertizing on MNE.

The places where MNE girls work if a neighbor complains or church group or some do gooder... That is where a bust could possibly happen.

With the above the same goes with AMP's... .you know your local jack shacks.

Everyone stay safe, do your due diligences, and think with the big head not small one and you should be ok.

Who ever runs the MN site better be paying their taxes because LE is going to be all over them one of these days.  This site makes every other group in MN that has ever engaged in escorting  look like small fry when you look at the # of girls that are listing and  if they are running the schedulers or renting the spaces its going to be a shit storm when they get busted.  Not if but when.   Of course, it could be a local politician or ex cop owning it.  Grab the popcorn.

To chase down the co-Ed paying off the rent or mom working to pay the rent.
The flip side is when they decide to crash an apartment stashed with a half dozen providers or worse yet get to the scheduler’s computer the splash will be the huge ring of trafficked  abused women and the entitled John’s from the burbs taking advantage of these provider- they will downplay the $$ to $$$$ per hour of coercion.
Feel if lucky owner/ operators will get shut down as they get close but with that a client list may also end up in some scary hands.
If you think a governor or attorney general would turn down a splash a month before elections — take out the pipe and enjoy.

Trafficking laws are pretty onerous.  Look at the allegations against Matt Gaetz,  dating a 17 yr old is fine but if you take her across a state line-- and have sex-- a DA could bring trafficking charges in this circumstance.  And this involves a sitting member of Congress (not sure of the details here but this has been driving the news story).

This is from a Texas law firm.  Now, things in TX are quite different than in MN.  They have a vastly different problem with an international border that is now being overrun.  However, the intent of this law is to severly punish the consumer in an attempt to squash demand.  Note the man/min is 180 days in jail.  This is a game changer.

"Under the new law, however, they will face a state jail felony for a first conviction, with punishments including up to 2 years in state prison (with a minimum of 180 days) and a fine of up to $10,000.
Not only that, but a second conviction under the upcoming new law would increase the charge to a third-degree felony. Its punishments include 2 to 10 years in state prison and a fine of as much as $10,000."

It's not that there is actual trafficking going on with every bust LE makes.  It's that LE talks about stopping trafficking even when there is no trafficking happening.  They want people to believe that every time they arrest someone for trying to see a provider that they (LE) are saving people from being trafficked.

Especially the way things are going in the Twin Cities.....

IE:   Gov Walz isn't looking too good right now with some of his COVID Stuff and with the "surplus".  Why do you think he is "handing back money".... to help his falling approvals.

Then look at the two mayors.... and the blow back with the COVID mask/vax mandates to go anywhere in the two cities.  You know you cant go out to eat or drink without showing proof of vax.

So this alone might make them want to get some good press.....ie: a Bust of some sort to show that they are "tough on crime" and always an easy headline is the Human Trafficking one.  They bust an AMP or do a "sting" at a hotel to get people going after minors.   Which if people are getting trafficked or wanting minors they should lock them up.    That is why in this election year and how things are going in MN is to be safe and careful out there.

Even if Walz were to arrest and convict everyone on MNE and have the website closed, it would have virtually no impact on him being re-elected for governor.

As for crime, voters care about real crime problems like muggings, carjackings, and the risk of getting shot leaving a ball game, restaurant, and even work downtown Minneapolis.

P4P busts, tagged as HT, are great and cheap PR and most cops totally enjoy doing them. Being assigned a P4P op is given as a reward. Higher ups will find a way to do them.

Actual HT ops involving actual victims are difficult and a lot of work. More work than most LE are interested in doing except for the genuine altruists who want a better world. Same PR value though.

If you dont think politicians dont do things to help their image you are the one who is blinded.   Especially when we are seeing a spike in crime in the Twin Cities areas.   If you dont think Mayors, Govenors, etc dont put pressure on local PD... again you are blind as well.   I am not saying they will plan something elaborate or spy like missions.   They will just tell the local PD... Hey we need to be a little tougher on  "trafficking".... i think we should do a "sting".    Then that way they Mayor, Gov., etc can get infront of the cameras and puff their chests and say... Look at what a great job they did.  Then say... See we are being tough on crime.

As always the low hanging fruit is "trafficking".  It is simple as doing a few "raids" on massage parlors, doing a "sting", etc.  It is simple and has its own funding most of the time.  Plus Federal Funding to help it do stings and what not.  So it only takes a few weeks or a month to plan and get rolling.

But like you also mentioned it has been a while since they have done one.  So again be careful out there.

crsm27 32 Reviews 92 reads

****  Wish they had an edit button****

Anyways to go along with this as well all the local PD needs to do is just follow up on more "tips" or calls from do gooders they get.  I am sure anytime an AMP shows up in a new location someone automatically thinks.... Trafficking or it is a jack shack.  So they look and "monitor" it... this is the locals not the PD.  So once a "karen" sees mostly men going in they "assume" it is a jack shack and make the call to PD.  With out any actual facts.  If you dont think this happens..... wake the F up.

But like I stated.... it is simple for police to just do a quick sting, check, send in someone, etc on these places.  Then if a "bust" happens the political elite pump their chests and talk about how good they are and "tough" on things.

So again... everyone be careful and think with your big head.

This is very TRUE.   hardly ever do they net charges.   They do get victims off the street but that is about it.

It is very much a PR stunt for the media, LE, politicians, do gooder groups, etc.

Like I mentioned is that the massage parlors and massage girls that might be having lots of traffic of people going in and out could have a noisy neighbor calling.  Then with the political climate some politicians and police forces might want to do a PR thing to boost the image.   But with what just happened in MSP.... they might not be getting the warrants they need to do a "bust" so to speak on the parlors/massage places.     But they could do "stings".

Anyways.....be careful and use your big head.
