Isaw a provider on TER ALex cannot get response anyone know if she's in town?

Just keep trying to call her.  I don't think that she returns calls unless she actually talks to you.

If this is the Alex to whom you are referring (see link), you're best bet is to just keep calling.  She's a great time but not at all good about returning calls.
