Hey, Look.. I've lost 20lbs - at least - maybe more - in the last year -  only 100lbs
( actually 95.6 this morning )

I exercise everyday and i quit drinking a year
ago - Sept 1st!

So, I lost more than 20lbs - I wake up everyday early feeling great!

I think the most one might lose via body sculpting is a lb - not much more - unless one was very heavy to begin with - and that was not the case with me -

It hasn't beeen easy - but i had to work at getting back in shape -
