This ad looks to good to be true.  I checked tin eye---no hits in other cities.  Has anyone seen her?

and a lot of those ads seem to recently be inhibited by scammers and LE, although not all of them are bad. Checking into their reputation is always a good idea, and will help you make the best decision in the end. However, if the situation makes you even the slightest bit uncomfortable, my advice would be to look elsewhere. There's no reason to put yourself in a position that might end up being a huge disappointment.
