Yes you have to have refrences but that's in everyones best interest. If you're looking for that "once in a life time experience" this is probably it.

Come on now I am a safety girl and if a girl you give as a reference only knows you as John (so to speak) from Minneapolis that I am sorry is not good enough and my safety means alot more to me than taking those kinds of risks.
