I have always done incall as I worried about a provider coming to the house.

Now I see that by going to a hotel or apartment I might be an easier target for a bust.

Which do you guys perfer and why?

With incall you risk a bust and with outcall you could get ripped off.

I only do incall.  If you stay with high quality well reviewed ladies, your as safe as you can be.  This is not a legal sport, so there is always some risk.

I enjoy hosting, but would never do it at my home. It's just not a good idea for obvious reasons. I always like to get a small suite at a hotel. If a lady prefers incall, or only offers incall, I don't have a problem with that either. If a lady is offering incall at her home, or apartment, I would want to make sure that she is a well reviewed lady, who has been around for a while. Offering appointments in her home can be a very bad idea for her as well.

Motels where the rooms are all accessible from the outside are much easier targets for LE, so stick to mid to upscale hotels, and classy ladies, and you should be fine.

stick with a well reviewed and safe provider and you should be fine. Also I would NEVER host at your own house unless you have seen the lady a number of times and trust her. Way too risky.

I have also started asking for referals from the ladies. They know each other and after a session or 2 they know me so this seems to be the safe way to branch out with a minimum of risk for all involved.

Adding the cost of the hotel room would really cut back on my hobbying.

If so, as others have pointed out, make sure she has a sterling reputation before you do that.

I have thought about it being a sport and not a hobby in the past. Sport sounds more elegant and so very cosmopolitan.  (Question... does that previous statement sound gay)..

So I pose the quesiton out to you all...do you think it is

   A.  A hobby, or
   B.  A sport

I've been looking into renting a room at a nice hotel for May-August. However, is this an absolutely crazy idea or is my idea acceptable?

It's best not to. Maybe 1-3 days, maybe...but it's best not to stay in one place too long. Just my humble opinion.

I have stayed in one room for months at Residence Inns. If you get a room on the far wing away from thr reception desk you can come and go without them ever seeing you.

They are used to people living out of the room.

Anya I agree,it's not a smart thing to do.Unless you are planning on very low volume,then it's not worth it anyway.Play safe and keep 'em guessing!

Check your resources well....it's always best to switch things out...never stay at a hotel for a month...

better would be to share an in-call with one of the local ladies....but even that has it's own issues.

Way too easy for the wrong people to notice you if you are there for that long a period of time unless you are at a place that you know looks the other way.  Listen to Gia!

I try to do incall, at a friends house, for first time, then outcall after I am sure I am safe with them.

Well, for obvious reasons, I did not want to host the outcall at home and the lady/ladies I was interested in, only did out-calls.  

So I booked a room in a hotel for the outcall but for whatever reason, there were 2 separate no-shows from 2 different ladies.   I figured that they were worried about my MN phone# and being out-called to a hotel (maybe potential LE worry ?).  A 3rd lady who did turn up, mentioned as much.

What would one do in such a situation ?  I am a newbie hobbyist and maybe I am not doing something right ?  Outcall to my home or any friends' homes are not options at all (hobby is risky as it is).  Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
