Dude, Minneapolis is not even big enough to have decent Agency, why in the world would Duluth have one? Agencies are only a good option in large cities and/or with short notice. Anyone in Duluth who is calling themselves an "agency" with nothing more than a back page ad is a low grade pimp at best...Don't waste your time.
