it has been noted already, and I think TER rules state that if you have something negative to say you are supposed to start a separate thread and not bash a lady on her ONE allowed weekly advertisement!

I thought I was the only one that had been NCNS on twice, good to know it wasn't just me.

If a gal is a ncns without explanation she deserves to be picked on by posters..

Beat - it and Travelingmans posts earlier(still on front page of top 25 threads).  Start a seperate thread like Beat it referring to NENE and Travelingmans NCNS and list the names of those involved.  They should be called out and held accountable, just not in their ONE personal ad per week.  It prevents a person from attacking one pervider and keeping things to general rules of thumb on how to conduct themselves to keep their business thriving.

Here is the guideline referred to.(note 3rd from the bottom.

All great Ladies who also get totally burn; if you post the NCNS of the hobbyist TER handle it will be done the same - what is fair for one is fair for all.

This is about being respectful - people will learn to give a call or drop a note.
95% of the great ladies/hobbist all understand this crazy concept...

Nothing worst then arranging a date in advance.  Confirming that date and when you get there and call for the room number.  No answer.

It is just a specific problem someone may have imho so really doesn't apply here..

the people saying it wore not an alias.  At least then the ladies could see who has the issue and could state as to whether or not they even had appointments set with said gentlemen.

Now you have the ability to see if it is a provider trying hurt the reputation of another.

It seems that even TER only applies their own rules when they think it seems appropriate.  Kind of confusing as to what the rules are and which are to be followed.  Just an observation.

Looking at the bashing on ladies ads, seeing the accusations on the Chicago board pointing directly at BiancaJames and the responses are the same, nothing wrong, even though it directly violated TER policy.

My bad, free for all, everyone continue on as you were!  Next we will see personal info and ladies posting guys phones numbers when they cancel last minute, NENE or NCNS.  All is fair I HOPE!

The thread that started this conversation about LC and her so-called "NENE" NCNS or whatever-the-fuck was not posted by an alias, and the complaint was corraborated by others who also did not use an alias.

The THREADS that were started referring to these issues IS the CORRECT way to discuss them.  The fact of an alias does not really matter to me in any case when done OUTSIDE of a ladies ONE WEEKLY AD.

My referrence to alias use and negative response is to when it is done WITHIN the ladies allowed ONE WEEKLY AD!

That is a direct violation to TER policy(of course open to interpretation of the moderator) he believes that these are FACTS pertaining to these ladies validated via ALIAS use within this thread.

My comment is why have rules if nobody has to follow them?  Or is it only certain people within certain cases?  As I pointed out, the Bianca James issue(on the Chicago board) was horribly handled in my eyes and a few others as well.  But it was also said by a moderator that no harm had been done toward Bianca with the false accusations without proof.  So basically the only burden of proof comes to a lady and her beliefs?  The guy saying Bianca was involved can do so and it is not considered hurting her reputation.  I dissagreee as did others.  

So again, it is not up to me, but I hope the guys here stating all this are ok with it when the ladies start posting each time they cancel an appointment last minute or NCNS, NENE.  And the ladies should be able to do it using the guys handle here and his phone number and as I mentioned, don't be surprised if you start seeing personal information flying about here if nobody is going to garner control over what is posted and how.

To each their own, I have set well over 150 dates and have never cancelled or not showed up, not once.  I have been NCNS or cancelled on and it sucks.  I remove the lady from my list and move on, too many fish in the sea.  In fairness, of the ladies that have NCNS or Cancelled on me, it has been sorted out at a later time initiated by said lady about 50% of the time.  BUT not always in 12 hours as the parameters stated in the separate thread started.  I think that time frame may be a little short, but that is up to each person determining when and where to spend their time and money.

This arguement is now dead to me, the moderator has spoken and stated that such comments within a ladies ad will be tolerated as he does not see it as harm being done.  Done deal (Alias or not).

Cordial Sport did it correctly and started his own thread and I commend him for his thoughts!

More likely, he believes they are facts because the facts were stated below by credible non-alias posters. Those facts being reiterated by an alias again, are a moot point, the facts have already been stated on the same page.

The idea that ladies will start posting men's phone numbers and personal info on this board is laughable.

That will get her banned and delisted from TER in a heart beat. It has been attempted at least a half dozen times that I can remember in the last seven years, and those individuals have never been seen, heard from, or discussed again on this site. The ladies have their own blacklisting boards to post info about bad clients.
