I think the answer is both yes & no.  If you are looking for a quick connect you probably will be disappointed.  If you make frequent visits to a club and find a dancer that you are interested in and treat her nice, your chances will improve after she feels confortable with you.  The down side is that you will spend a lot of money for lap dances etc. with no guarantees.  If this makes you happy, great, however finding a provider through TER reviews will be easier, faster and let you focus the money on the goal you are searching for.

YES!!! I have some success with strippers in Mpls.  The best advice that I can give you is to get a few dances and then be totally upfront with your proposal...it works for me.  If you get the "I need to know you better" then just quit.

I have said this many time before in many different discussion threads - but it seems the girls that are strippers and working in clubs are more likely to provide a service then an encounter. While there are many providers that are the same - it seems that strippers / dancers are into the get 'em in and get 'em mode then providers. Strippers learn to work in 2 - 3 minute (if that) marketing intervals on the tip rail to try to get you back to the lap dance where - by nature and probably necessity, they try to keep you as long as they can for more money. I did have a liason with a stripper for a bit and then started to get the help me calls etc etc. Wasn't a great situation. She still calls every now and again to see if I will come down and see her, but don't want to go through that again. (This was before I found TER!!!)

There are also many strippers that will travel to different clubs as well as offer escorting services. These may provide a better service then the locals - but not sure as I haven't had any time with any of them.

As I said in other posts - you can go to WalMart and to Marshall Fields (hard not to say Daytons) or even the local boutique for a pair of jeans. You will pay less and get less service and lesser quality from WalMart - but you will get a pair of jeans.  

By going to the Boutique or Marshall Fields you will get someone that will listen to you and work with you to make sure you leave with what it is you were looking for, and if they can not provide that, they will tell you.

If what you want is someone to strip and provide lap dances for you that would lead to sex, it seems to me that you would be much better off talking with a reputable provider that may do a little dance for you - and you would know that in the end you are going to be treated well and have a much better time.

If you all you want is to get off and not do it manually - then you may be able to talk a stripper into providing you some extra services - but for the most part - they tend to shy away from any propositioning in the club.

In my experience, I had to pay sooooo much more to get to know the dancer and have her be comfortable with me enough to even get to the proposition point. And once the proposition was accepted and I asked her to dance for me in the hotel room she told me that I was nuts that she has to dance all the time and she doesn't want to do it now!!! Then the calls for more money. I found out that more money with her did not mean she was willing to provide more services or pay back any money that was given.

Probably a lot longer post then you were expecting but what the hell - guess I wanted to let you know that your gonna get what you pay for and in the end - your gonna pay an awful lot more for alot less service and pleasure!!! Just my thoughts

I've done both. While the provider is more direct and certain there is something to be said for the hunt and the seduction of a stripper. The uncertainty of success only makes the conquest that much sweeter.
