Making anyone who has anything to do with it look like a bad person because they supposedly do all these undesirable things if they do any one of them.

"drugs, loud music, violence, and prostitution" in the same sentence.  Implying these four things are all mutually exclusive to one another.  Personally, I have never used drugs, I hate loud music, I am not a violent person in any way, but I love our hobby.  

Am I that much of an outcast?  I guess it is good to be different.

Its been a pretty popular hangout for bp, and formerly craigslist, types for a long time.  I can recall being directed to that location once and cancelled upon discovering the type of place.  I also saw a provider once who used to like using the place when she started out as an independent because of the cheap rate.  And I learned its not just the cheap rates that attract low-end providers either.  That place and the providers who haunt its rooms are a case study in the seedy underbelly of the sexwork industry.
