I found some at Walmart before. It was a pack of 3 for around $20. I was so stoked because I figured they would feel better because there would be actual friction instead of just the perceived sensation of friction you get with regular condoms. I was quite disappointed because they were made of this thick plastic-feeling stuff and the lube wouldn't stick to the surface so it isn't really slippery...it felt like humping a plastic bag (not that I have any experience in that btw). I picture the same plastic feeling of a shower curtain, but much thinner, of course. And with how a shower curtain repels water from its surface the female condom did the same thing with the lube. Instead of the surface getting slippery the lube just beaded up.
I can't remember what brand they were, if they were Kimono or not. I think the concept of female condoms would lead to more realistic, pleasurable sensation. But from my experience they need to used a different material - something that would get slippery like maybe what regular condoms are made out of.
