I see a couple of women I want to meet who are out all only.  I cannot have a provider visit me at home and have toyed with renting a hotel room.

Suggestions, tips, tricks?

Look at their price . If its comparable  to what others  who do incall and outcall , don't  be afraid to negotiate after explaining  your situation.  Some will some won't.   I've  had sucess  doing it. More than once a hooker refused at first but got back to me later accepting. Cash in  hand is better than nothing if no appointments coming in for them.

That's pretty standard. However compare the rates plus your hotel outlay -- it can be more expensive than someone with an incall,  Also you run the no-show risk with your hotel deposit.

If you want to see them that much then you have the extra cost of getting a room.  Personally in such situations I look elsewhere for someone who offers incall.

Please don’t Negotiate a Ladies Rates. What this all comes down too is weather or not you want to get a room. If you want to see them that badly, go get a hotel room so they can do an outcall to you. Or possibly wait and see if they ever offer Incall. Option number two is simple as well, find a lady that offers Incall and see her.  

What I have noticed over the years is that when guys start negotiating, especially with Well Reviewed ladies it backfires in the end. One day, Ladies are going to get tired of the bs and raise their rates to try to erase the haggling. Ladies may have been fine at their previous rate, but because guys think it’s okay to haggle she raises her rates in hopes she will get a different breed of gentlemen that don’t haggle. So in other words DONT HAGGLE!

How much info do you know about them ?  

If they  have a  solid reputation how you go about will be, if you are smart ,quite different than if you have limited background  info.    

Hi!  I have seen gentlemen in these situations and I am more than happy to split the cost of the hotel with them,  as long as they book at least 2 hours.  
In these situations I never request anything super fancy, as long as it is clean.
