Female's perspective...

I love all tits One day I may need implants... but for now I am happy with my humps. Some girls make them look great and very natural. If you want recommendations on beautiful tits, I could point you in multiple directions! Lol.

Much of that though has to do with my experiences with implants that often they don't seem to look quite right and/or feel hard to the touch.  It makes me wonder if maybe the women I have seen who had these implants would have felt/looked better (this is strictly my personal taste of course) with somewhat smaller implants.  But I do have to say that in recent years I have seen some women whose implants were not at all obvious to my looks and feels.

I love them all.  Large, small, perky, droopy, round, uplifting, all cups, all flavors all sizes.  Natural have a delightful natural fleshiness that is heavenly.  Enhanced catch the eye and are wonderful to frolic with.

I am concerned for the health of the woman (in these cases, women and not metrosexual men) as I have seen, heard, witnessed, horrors as a result of them.  I also do no like if they desensitize the nipples.  I have nipple "O's", not on demand and not to be expected, but when they happen... I just hope and want that for other women too and don't think anything to detract from that possibility is worth it.  However; I've seen happy breasts that have implants and I can't help having my eyes drawn to the breasts in particular with one woman (guess who, right?)...  And then another provider has implants and when I saw them naked I about passed out in overwhelm of pleasure just seeing them.  
 

I prefer natural titties, but I also like small boobs as much as big boobs.  Many a favored porn starlet has ruined my ability to jerk off to their image by ruining their tits.  Bibi Jones had the best enhanced boobs I have ever seen, but then she ruined them by having them over inflated.

I do have a dislike for the obviously fake tits.

Over the years I've found implants to be mood killers.  Reasons include the implants being hard as a rock, lumpy feel, skin stretched too tight, major scars, or just too big for the rest of her proportions.  On the other hand, like everything else, the methods and procedures for enhancement in today's world are much improved.  With limited playtime opportunities these days, however, I have not tested those waters again and have stayed with the naturals.  Maybe I should rethink that a bit and not continue to miss out on some of the great times that are out there.

But I look at it this way, if the woman likes them and it gives her confidence then more power to them. I've known several gals that had a baby and a year later their beautiful boobies are flattened out a cup size or more. I know many gals get noticed because of their chest and implants usually look great under a sweater. I rank them like this

#3 - She feels pressure to improve her chest appearance

cared much for implants until I discovered a pair of perfectly enlarged breasts. She proved to me that it can be done well so they feel, look and bounce just like an untouched breast. While I don't think any woman needs implants to be beautiful, if she feels the need and doesn't over do it they can be quite fun too!

In general, I prefer natural.  I did have a girl friend who had implants not so much to enhance, but to reshape her breasts after having a child.  They looked and felt very natural and were proportional to her frame size.  In my opinion, most women don't need them and I would prefer what ever natural attributes she has especially to overinflated and obviously something unnatural in shape and size.

I have seen some really bad boob jobs and wonder how bad the originals were  and if they were worse than the new ones.

For me, they have to fit the woman. Both here body and her attitude.

Charlize Theron is one of the sexiest woman on the planet in my eyes, and I cant imagine her with DDs.  By the same token, a flat chested Pamela Anderson doesn't work either.

For every pair, there is a different answer, and I will gladly consult any woman who cares to ask for my opinion.

I'm a giver

even if real means small.  To me fake can be a turn off, especially if they were horribly done.  Not that I would kick a woman out of bed over them or nothing but..definitely prefer real.

Looks like I may be in the minority, but I like implants.  If a woman has large, full, high, perky breasts and they are all natural, that is fantastic.  But if the help of a surgeon is needed to achieve that look, I have no complaints either.  I don't find implants to be a turn off, and in some ways they are a turn on because I half-consciously associate implants with a hypersexual attitude.   So generally, I'm a big fan, because large, round, high breasts are my favorite.  

Silocone is supposd to feel better, but saline is more clearly safe if it leaks...

...theirs enhanced if for any reason they're unhappy with them. If they're droopy, saggy, too small for your frame or you just want to grab people's attention and display an awesome cleavage...have 'em done! More often, I'm finding that one can hardly tell by feel if they're real or not due to improved materials and techniques. I've never found a pair that I've felt are too hard and the newer saline implants can be just as squeezably soft as real ones. Visually, enhanced breasts turn me on as do natural breasts; just differently. I do love small breasts on a spinner so it's not just that I love larger breasts only. I love nice breasts and I don't really care how they got that way, whether naturally or thru enhancement. I just hope women enjoy being women and all the options available to them! Returning perkiness to breasts is always a good thing.
