I used to absolutely love the Minnesota board, as to why when I knew "Leah" was coming back this is the first board I came to saying hello...even though I knew it is not the first place I would travel. I love Minnesota and the people in it, but this board is out of control, something like high school.
One simple thing about maturity is understanding that not all people have the same views as you. It is okay to try to look at things from another perspective, even if you don't agree, and be nice. If we all had the same thought process and views the world would be a very boring place.
Here are some simple, healthy things you can do to relieve stress, as stress is the leading cause of negativity.
Listen to music.
Call a friend.
Eat healthy.
Take a deep breath.
Laugh. If you need help, watch a funny movie.
Drink green tea.
Go to yoga, the gym, take a nice walk, zumba class, or any simple exercise.
Sleep better.
Read a good book.
Meditate.
Start a journal or write poems.
Go get a massage.
Get a pet.
Chew a stick of gum.
Take a bubble bath.
Have sex.
Take a trip to the lake (there are 11,842 in the state) or go to Duluth as that city has natural relaxing effects.
Start small and work your way into a stress-free life--combating and eliminating negative thoughts and behavior.
