Someone PM-ed me, asking for my thoughts about pricing in general. Since I'm not a provider, my word is not final, of course!
But, for whatever they're worth, here are some general thoughts:
(1) The provider has every right to establish whatever price she wants for her services. I've seen ladies in the lower prices ranges, and had a good enough time. But, I've seen a few ladies in the higher prices ranges, and (with one exception, in another city) they're definitely worth the extra $$. Overall ambience, performance, looks, attitude, etc. So, I don't begrudge a lady asking whatever price she wants, if the market will bear it for her.
(2) My concern is with extended time beyond the basic one hour. It seems to me that this should be discounted, however slightly. A two-hour session is a lot less work than two one-hour sessions...at least, that's how it seems to this outsider. So, if a lady's one-hour rate is, say, 350, two hours should be, say, 650 or 600 (or even 550?), not 700. For me, it's psychological. I'll be happy even for a slight discount, in acknowledgement of the "better experience" of a longer session. (And, I tend to go for longer sessions whenever I can.)
The *amount* of the discount is not as important to me as the *fact* of a discount. So, that's why I posted the question, since some ladies seem to ask for MORE, proportionally, for extra time. Again, seems counter-intuitive to me.
Make sense?
