Volume isn't always a tip off, one nosy neighbor is all it takes.
A provider has 18 reviews - just for one month. This would seem to be indicative of a service volume substantial enough to attract some unwanted attention - especially since hobbyists have commented that she works out of an apartment. Is it just me? Or does anyone else see a red flag - perhaps a large, prominent one?
Okay. She's got 18 reviews in one month. That says to me she's seeing no less than about one client every two days. That's certainly not a high volume.
There are too many variables to deduce that she is seeing loads and loads of other clients. Maybe she pushes hard for reviews when she sees clients. Maybe guys just like to review her. Hard to say.
But let's give you the benefit of the doubt as opposed to her and say she is VERY high volume. I assume you're concerned that she's attracting the attention of nosy neighbors or LE. I think it's too attenuated to make that conclusion. She could be in a very discreet apt; her neighbors might not care.
On the other hand, a single nosy neighbor can blow it for even the lowest volume provider.
Too little to go on IMHO.
Innocent until proven guilty? Absolutely. I'm simply wondering about the relative degree of risk.
I still would be leery with all the in and out activity. One bad nieghbor and things could go south in a hurry.
And you are assuming that everyone she sees writes a review. This would not account for repeat clients or the large number of men that will not review her.
New providers get a high % of reviews per session. If that is the case, she may be seeing 30-40 a month. If she is not new, she could be seeing 100+.
The apartment location and set up make a big difference in the danger factor. The bottom line, 1 nosy neighbor and it could be all over. JMHO

There are businesses around and a lot of people coming and going.
When one of her latest reviews lists the street name she does business on.Guys need to be smarter than that when writing a review.That review needs to be edited asap ,or removed.Speciffic street names and/or locations should never be used.
I thought TER would edit stuff like that. It is simply to dangerous for all of us.
It's a persistent problem in reviews with guys being too specific about locations and TER not catching it.
About 3 years ago I had the South Metro Drug task force at my door with warrant due to one of the businesses I was running in my home. High volume of foot traffic and an abnormally high electric bill was all it took. Of course everything was legit and the mix up was quickly resolved but still...things like that DO draw attention. Just sayin...
These are conservative numbers here:
2 reviews a month usually equals 50 clients total per month.
18 reviews = 450 visitors
Given some think more are reviewing than usual: 1/2 the norm comes to 55 per week. If working 7 days a week, it still conservatively comes to 8 per day.
Some days she might do ten, other days one.
Are guys passing each other in the halls?
Her price point....that is what is possible.
Looks like lots of newer reviewers who don't do much posting on the board.

New providers that have become popular will get a lot more reviews per appointment than your using. Because they are new, they see a lot of new clients and get more reviews.
I do agree that whatever the real number is, it is still a lot of visits to her door.
and is very pleasant and attractive plus her service is very good for her rate. Particularly in these times I'm not surprised she is getting lots of business but 18 reviews in one month is remarkable.
Is this something coming from a provider?, or client? Just wondering where you got the info, and if it is first hand knowledge??
Speaking from first-hand experience, inordinately high traffic will draw attention from neighboring busy-bodies. Separately, I would not be surprised if LE uses TER reviews to target any local provider, especially if there are details on location.
I visited a well-known local provider at her very upscale incall location (not a hotel) and had seen her previously. The location is not known for high LE activity either. 10 minutes after my arrival there was a knock at the door. They did not have a warrant but she let them in voluntarily (mistake) and she and I spent the next 30 minutes being questioned separately in attempt to either confess something or get one of us to turn on the other, and as they told us later, usually end up with a drug arrest and is the primary reason they pursue these complaints. They really aren't actively doing prostition stings - its more about drugs. They had no evidence of anything but had been informed that a neighbor had complained to the landlord and he in turn asked them to investigate. The complaint was about a high degree of traffic in and out during day and night. She herself was not "high volume" but had friends also using the place from time to time. You just never know someone well enough to be completely risk-free.
If she had that many reviews, you can bet she had seen a lot more in addition to those. Most guys do not write reviews. She probably had at least 4 to 5 times that number visiting.
yea, Im surprised and a little bummed by the volume of business over there. Id see her again but Im afraid I'd have to stand in line. On another note, does a certain part of the female anatomy ever wear out from overuse?
