I've had many gals that pose for pics, and in exchange I sell them as stocks. All of mine have been wanna-be models, but it's not out of the question for anyone else. I haven't done it in years because it takes so long to recoup the investment... but I'm sure lots of newb photographers will.

Just saying, this kind of thing happens. If Tineye finds them in a magazine or other ads, I'd say its a ripoff pic (rights are reserved when pruchased).
