In an earlier message, Ben said that when you visit a web site, there is a log of cookies, IP info, and even what kind of computer you have.  I guess I knew about the IP info, and the computer type, but what kind of information is in the cookies?  

Good question, but I think they also show where you visited as far as websites and was wondering if they show any kind of log-in information and other stuff like when you buy stuff online?  I now run Ad-Aware software among other stuff for security and it looks like the Ad-Aware will grab cookies and erase them for you too. Maybe some others can answer?  There is a guy on the national board who goes by the name of Web Terrorist, maybe I will shoot a note for him to post here. Believe me, security can be a problem.
