I prefer e-mail with the ability to schedule a few days in advance.

I have never posted a phone number for booking. I require all friends to fill out my booking form or email me to get verified.  I have a couple of small children and my 'naughty' phone is always off when I'm at home, which means that there is no quick response to phone calls!  IE.  Bad customer service.

I'm thinking about getting an assistant who would have her own phone number for those people who don't email.  She would answer the phone, screen and book your appointment with me.  Then you would be given my phone number once you are verified so that you can call when you are on your way for our date.

So my question is, would it bother you to talk to someone else to schedule an appointment?

I would not have a problem with a reputable provider (like yourself).  

I think you should check to see if such a service could get your friend in any legal trouble.

This service has worked very well for me for booking with some providers. Screening is easier, and the provider has better things to do than screen and take flakey calls.  It can many times make for better business,  Monkey business or Funny business, it's still business.

It would beat getting a recorded message, leaving a callback number and never hearing from the girl again which happens more than you'd think

The biggest part of running a business is communication and in the service business communication is key.In today's world there is no excuse for lack of communications.If i dont get a response in 24 hrs i move on.Most of the quality providers on this board will get back to you in a timely manner.Email is my least favorite because its more home based and not as mobile as a phone voice mail message.Everyone's time is valuable and some have more to spare than others.I think voice mail is the preferred method with a timely response.
