Secondarily would be their rules they choose to NOT enforce... but at least are consistent in lack of enforcement.

... once in awhile they'll reverse their decision on appeal.  But it shouldn't take an act of Congress to get a post approved when it's in the same vein as many other posts in the forum.  Consistency across moderators is a challenge.
