1. NEVER rim a gal on the first appointment.  If you choose to repeat, talk to her about your wishes ask her to use an antibacterial wipe prior to your next meeting.  You should do the same.  I never see a gal without myself having a thorough antibacterial wiping just prior.  Oh, and I wouldn't recommend Clorox or any other bleach one...LOL!

2. Enemas aren't going to help any either.  And if your selected partner has any intestinal parasites, well...they are probably out of commission anyway!

3. Be respectful and smart.  Use a condom over your finger and some lube if you are going to insert past the starfish.  Trimming your fingernails also helps their enjoyment.

4.  I've licked many a beautiful woman's asshole with no problem.  It's the assholes I've met elsewhere that seem to always cause the problem.

I once had the opportunity to toss a girl's salad...analinguis I believed it's called. As much as I wanted to try, I've read stories about guys getting really sick from the bacteria they pick up from that area. I see it in porns a lot, but the women always have enemas before any ass play. Not sure too many providers take that measure. Anyone here ever gotten ill from doing that?

Here's a rundown of some of the diseases you could be exposed to when eating ass:

   * Hepatitis A: Hepatitis A is a virus spread through oral contact with the fecal matter of an infected person. It affects the liver and causes symptoms such as jaundice, fatigue, and nausea. It is not a chronic infection, unlike hepatitis C. Hepatitis A can be prevented with a vaccine given before or shortly after exposure.

   * E. coli: This is a bacterial infection spread through oral contact with the fecal matter of an infected person. Its symptoms include diarrhea, vomiting, and intestinal bleeding.

   * Intestinal parasites:
     These are microbial organisms that cause intestinal diseases including cryptosporidiosis, dysentery, and giardiasis. Symptoms include diarrhea, fever, and stomach pain. Again, these are spread through oral contact with the fecal matter of an infected person.

   *  Bacterial infections: If a person contracts food poisoning, the bacteria that causes it, say salmonella for example, will be shed in their feces and could be transmitted through oral-anal contact. Symptoms include diarrhea and vomiting.

   * Other STDs:
     If the receiving partner has a rectal gonorrhea infection, it could be contracted by the active partner; gonorrhea can infect the mouth and throat. This means that theoretically a person with an oral gonorrhea infection could transmit it to the ass that they're eating. Other STDs that can be transmitted through oral-anal contact include syphilis and herpes, if either partner has an active lesion in their mouth or anal area.

Even the cleanest individuals can have e coli around the anal areas...which has always boggled my mind why certain people will attempt to stick fingers in every hole possible...anal to vaginal contact can cause bacterial vaginosis...also keep in mind during a 2 girl not to cross contaminate lol! A lot of the above mentioned can also be passed during any exchange of bodily fluids, so let's all play nice and safe. Get checked often and if you think somethings wrong stay home, in the end we will all be thankful! End my psa

However, I have been rimmed, and I have rimmed other people (selectively!)

If you wash thoroughly and use antibacterial wipes back there, it is very sexy and clean...

..that is not properly cleaned.

There are ways to (more) safely play around the pooper.

OK, are we talking about just licking the starfish?  Or are these STD risks mainly possible if you're literally sticking your tongue INSIDE the brown eye?

much thanks.  If its not a hassle please PM me if you respond to mine.
