So I she has been advertising a much lower rate than in the past, anyone see her lately ? MDL care to comment !!

She has a history of dropping her rate when the rent or some other bill is due. She has always been very nice to me but I have not seen her recently.

Toy, Lets just say she stood me up last fall, told me she would "make it up to me", stillwaiting for that one to happen. I have always like the look from the pictures but also have heard other concerns that I will not address on this board.

I remember some of this from one of our last communications before you took your(Vacation) LOL
