Surprised to see TER is back... what's changed that allowed the site to come back in the USA?

I have no clue. From a business standpoint I immediately assume money but I'm not going to make unfounded assumptions. I was glancing on twitter and saw it was back. Decided to check it out. Had no idea about half the women in MN! I hear you don't need a VPN anymore to access it but that just seems unsafe in this line of pleasure. Good to be here.

They posted a thread on the GD board but at least the last time I looked over there, no explanation as to why they felt it was OK to come back now was given.  I doubt they ever will give one.
