It just says loading, I have cleared my cookies, opened a new browser etc...is it operator error? lol I miss talking to my friends

Yep, I'm having the same issues. I'm assuming it must be a tech issue on TER's overall site. Nothing that you're doing. Maybe give it a couple hours, then hit the contact us and let'em know. I'll be emailing in a few hours if not resolved.

I'm having the same problem.  Chat With Provider box comes up, it says 'Loading' and that's as far as it goes.  I'm waiting for a respose from the "Managers"...lol   I thought it just my problem but apparently not.
