The confluence of a lunar eclipse and winter solstice offers a special early Christmas gift...perhaps the omen of a blessed and peaceful year to come.  It arrives in the early morning hours Tuesday but cloudy skies will likely not allow us the view.  If the view of a fair skinned redhead courtesan pleases you instead, she awaits for heavenly bodies to converge.
