Cash app scam?

Hey all, I’ve been out for a while. Trying to ease back in, and had an interesting experience. Found an ad on a different site that looked interesting. Texted and had a nice, playful exchange that made me think I may have stumbled onto a good provider. I looked around for reviews and couldn’t find any so figured I would toft.   Set a time for the next day. Next day I arrived at the location and texted I was there. Took about five minutes before I got a response. They asked if I parked, and I said yes. They then asked me what car, which triggered the first alarm bell. The playfulness in the texts was also gone, second alarm bell. Then they texted how I planned to pay. When I said cash, I got a story about how they were skeptical of cash with first timers and asked if I had Venmo our a cash app. I said no, just cash. I waited one minute for a response, then walked away. In retrospect I am guessing this was a cash app scam and I was barely smart enough to walk away. Could it have been real? Maybe. But I wasn’t going to risk it. Be safe.

That would be worrisome. Good call on walking away.

Dude you would have given her cash through an app without ever even meeting her. They probably weren't even close to where you were. Give up the name?

Please post a link to the ad as well as the text as it will probably be taken down before long.

I can’t post the link as it is on a not allowed website. However the title is “ Magical healing with sensual appeal (cmt)”.
