I guess I'll be posting some more after all.  It is really getting old having to shoot in the dark to find providers that are not only good looking, but also have a good attitude and are, at least,  average in performance.  I declined an appt. with one today because of that.  Great looking, but very evasive in telling me what is on her menu, or for that matter, even giving me enough time to get there for the apppointment.  She was a local.  If I hear nothing from her by way of an explanation or an apology I will probably reveal her working name.  Then I called Allison and got in to see Raquel.  Now she is tops!  Very kind, very good looking, and very fair in her price point, and extremely responsive!   I also noticed that the last 7 reviews have all been well below average.  They are all local "talent".  I guess the chaf is getting separated from the wheat.  I miss the days of knowing what my appointments would be like.  "Oh, for the good old days!"  lol

Thanks sl.  I re-read my original post and see that it could very easily seem like I was jumping the gun on this.  But as I explained in the PM, the arrangements were set in place 3 weeks ago and confirmed twice.  I made two phone calls to get clarification and invited such clarification to be sent by email.  Never got it.  I was not about to drive clear across two cities during rush hour to make another phone call when they were never returned in the past.  Maybe it's a bad day for her, but it's been a 3 week day. lol.  Knowing who pays the price for sullying a provider's name, I will probably not publish it.  I'll just try to follow MDL where he goes. LOL

Since a few days have passed, the frustration over some of the local "talent" has also passed.  Can you imagine the fix we'd be in if ALL the locals just decided to quit working???  I have also learned from some of the providers I have seen that they too have to deal with some pretty rotten attitudes and also endure their share of "no shows" just like we do.  As you scroll down the MN erosguide page, we regulars in this biz can pretty much pass over those who have a poor reputation for one reason or another.  I guess the key is to be as kind and thoughtful a gentleman as we can be and not worry too much about the other person.  That's what we expect of the providers, so what is good for the goose is also good for the gander.  I hope I wasn't too negative in my original post.  As with everything else, it is frequently a build up of frustraton over a number of unrelated things that gives birth to negativity.  Please forgive me.  You may want to check out TaylorsPlayhouse FAQ page on the subject of being "stood up".
