Posting Delay

Hey,

Can anybody let me know why it takes at least 5 hours, sometimes a lot more for my posts to reach the board?  I posted a message about 11 hours ago that's still not up.  It's pretty frustrating to watch all these converstions going on without being able to contribute... and I see that some people respond to messages that were posted just 15 minutes earlier...  By the time my post is up, the thread is forgotten.  I'm a paid VIP and I've written a few reviews, is something else required before you can post on the board?

Ironically, the post I wrote 11 hours ago was about how great a resource this board is and how I appreciate the community.  But suddenly I feel invisible.
