Therefore, "puppetry," in sexual parlance, usually refers to fisting. What's not entirely clear is whether the poster wants to be the fister or the fistee, since guys can be into both of those alternatives. Since he wants a provider to "play puppet," I would guess that he wants to do the fisting.
