There's several of us massage gals that don't up sell & have set rates. There's a difference between upselling & upgrading. Up selling is when someone keeps changing the numbers on you after they promised you a set rate when you're already there.
Upgrading is adding time or services for an additional charge such as : If you originally wanted a half hour but wanted to stay longer so then you'd pay the hour rate. Personally I think its rude to ask for tips before you even received service, even after is kinda awkward.

I have a few favorites who don't upsell. And what put me off was that we had a deal....I was getting a discount for filling her no show....then suddenly with her comment I didn't know what I was getting for the price. For all I know my "discounted price" was for a back rub.
I know I was blowing off stream but Hallie was the subject of my rant last week. Her communication skills are rather lacking and the encounter was borderline NSNC. At this point I give up. TGTBT.
Only upsale I got from her was to go panties-free. But that was several months ago when she was at that Eagan 'starter house' and she was new - or at least acted like it. I thought she was fine.
I have yet to do my review on a different provider that was the upsell queen!
