I just wanted to clarify my contact number issue. The correct contact number is 612 220-2237 not 612 220-2537. sorry about the confusion, cant wait to hear from you. So hop like a bunny for my spring special, which will go on untill I get over my spring fever.

Hangin....sometimes they aer not the quickest to respond.  I have found that the squeaky wheel gets the most attention.  If the Business Prevention unit at TER does not want to respond, literally send Staff and Girl next Door PM every day until it is corrected.

I would almost guarantee they will get the hint after a few days of this process. Further if you want to escalate it even more,  have a number of VIP do the same thing.

Mr Info, since you don't have the balls to stand up and use a REAL name and feel the need to hide behind an Alias, did you ever think that htey haev already sent in Numerous reports to have this corrected?

I do not think Sue or Hangin is "whining" but meerly asking for soem customer service!  Obviously you feel that they are asing too much

When a review has a bad phone number some people do not go the extra lengths and try and find out a correct number to get in contact with the lady.

Also, think of the person whose number is listed in eror and how many calls he/she is getting for people looking to hook up with Sue.  Do you think that if this person gets enough calls that they may call LE and report this issue?  If they get involved it cold create problems for Sue. maybe you need to take a step back and look at the BIG picture.  Now what do you think about your statement?

Could you clarify on "HOW" he is whining?  He is trying to stress a lack of customer service to their many problem reports sent off.

At what point and time does the trying to get service become a whine?  Since they have sent numerous problme reports adn PM's without any response, what would you suggest?  sit back and wait for them to do it at their liesure?

MR info, I would assume you can read but I am begining to wonder since either you did not read my post since you failed to respond to any question put forth to you.

One would begin to wonder why you would contiue to stir the pot on this problem but join in and help out in this situation.  Maybe it is not in your vocabulary to help out or offer assistance.

So maybe you need to get out of hiding behind your alias and stand up for what your saying or is it whining now??

I am relatively new to watching this board, and I am not yet a VIP, but I have a question about the phrase "hiding behind an alias".  Isn't that what everyone here is doing?  Maybe you mean people have more than one Alias, but I sure don't see anyone's REAL names...

I would love to move on as soon as you can step up to the plate and answer why you have so much issue to helping out a providers that has issues with the staff providing.

Rather than increasing the problem,  why don'y you HELP soelve the problem and further more step away form your alias. I always find it hard to take anyone very seriously when they have to HIDE form what they have to say.

It is not about ego, it is about being able to stand behind what you have to say be ot good or bad.  SO why don't you crawl back into your hiding mode unless you can help the situation!

And of course I followed all of the relavent phone numbers and
links.

But did you also know that TER and CV have cross link
agreements?  And did you also know that the cross links are
probably updated automatically and probably CAN'T be corrected
by hand by the admins?  Just a wild guess.

She should change her phone on the CV ad and it will most likely
get updated on her profile.  Dealing with CV is a whole other
issue of course.

I realize that admin should actually email folks and state that
but, hey they're busy.

I'm going to tell you how it all started out.
1) CV called offering some free months of advertising. I said okay,they put my old pics up with all my correct information.
2) in October of last year they called saying if I want to continue to advertise with them I would be charged. I said no thank you! after that THEY purposely changed my contact number,dropped my email address. I do not have a contract with them.
MY understanding is if CV can over ride my previous web link,I should be able to over ride there's. With a ter approved web site.
Now my problem is out in the open.

If there's an ad on a mall, TER will use it.  The provider, and
no one else for that matter, has a choice.

Learn the rules and then work with them.  You can bang you head
against a wall 'til kingdom come if you are trying to change the
URL to her own website.

The provider provides the website. The VIP members are entitled to service.

Read Little Sue's post.  Get a grip on reality. If you work for TER, then you aren't doing them any service.

If you don't, then you continue to show your ignorance and lack of compassion for a provider's need to have this service help, not hurt.

You will NEVER EVER win the arguement with TER about this.
Many a provider has fought this battle before and has lost.
In fact, if you, or anyone else pursues this too much, they may
ban you.  It's called the pain in the ass provider rule.  That's
not to suggest that you are but just that there is such a rule.

I've heard of CV doing this kind of crap.  Be thankful that you
didn't give them a credit card number.

If you don't have a contract with CV and they won't listen then
the battle is over.  Don't waste anymore time.  Believe me on
this.

BTW, I have nothing against you (and actually like your pics).
Anyway, the person who is really f*cked is the one with that
number.

Ummm, no it is actually well know who he is. He also gets a lot of things fixed. This guy is helpful, so give it a rest. Want to know who he is go to the NYC board and read the way this started.
