Okay, before I go any farther, let me state a reminder that this board is publicly readable, and anyone can link to it from the main TER page.
There are some folks on TBD that have been requesting info ("Where is the OTHER board?") about this board. Two of 'em anyway, both who I have seen post before.
I did talk with the TBD MN Mod about it, and in a quite civil manner, we both agreed that posting a link on TBD was not a good idea right now, though the possibility of a link exchange in the future was not ruled out.
The first question is whether we should go out of our way to let folks know where this site is. On one hand, it offers up a different source of information that is away from the influence of TBD & family, and that takes a lot of power away from Senor Woof. OTOH, it could bring over an element of annoying little men who just want to be cranky.
We can't expect to keep this board free of annoying little men forever. Some would say that we already have annoying little men (Not me, I'm an annoying big man).
So whatchoo think? Tell folks about it, or no? Maybe wait a while? Deal with it on an individual basis?
There have been a couple of posts in the last two weeks that appeared legit and in both cases I emailed the poster that he may want to try over here.
Alot of whats on there recently though doesn't appear legit and isn't worth a reply. I think all the good folks that were there (and unfortunately a couple of the new shills) are now here and you're the lone warrior of the old group. Given current circumstances I'm not sure it's worth doing anything for a few more weeks and then maybe notify legit appearing posts via email.
