Should be "Brianna."  There is a Brienna who posts on the MN regional and ad board and she is not the same person.  Yeah, I'm new, but I think folks should be 100% correct on everything if they are going to post negative feedback.  Another unfortunate BP experience so it seems.  

If anyone feels like I overstepped my bounds here, feel free to PM me or chime in here.  I'm new, but the details seem to mean a LOT in this industry....both from the standpoint of a provider's livelihood and a client's satisfaction.

Quite correct that Brienna is not the woman the OP was referring to. If he misspelled the name initially, he has apparently corrected it now, which is all to the good.

I once had a provider sneak out the bathroom and I didn't understand why until I noticed my envelope full of business expenses stolen. Stupid B took something of no value to her but cost me $100 in expense reimbursements!
