Larger hotels, prefereably not in Bloomington, that have a lot of traffic and multiple entrances.

They will be more expensive, but far better than the alternatives.

Either end of 494 (Eagan to Eden Prairie), 35W just south of the River, or the area around Hwy 36 and 35W.  I would mix up the locations to service your various clients.
