does anyone think twice about traveling to an incall or outcall location because of the winters here?
...I think twice about traveling to the grocery store.
that is why you plan ahead..... ie: if the drive is 5 minutes or 5 hours for people.... .plan ahead and take extra time for pre caution.
I don't think I've ever had the weather be bad enough that I actually rescheduled an appointment but I could see it happening.
... it would take a lot to stop me. I'm a native Minnesotan and I know how to handle it. Under 3" is nothing. 3 to 5" be ready for to find an alternate route but I'm not that far so I'm going for it! ... I'll call her and tell her I'll be a little late. Over 5"... I might be able to make it but if I get stuck can ya just waive the cancellation fee 'cuz at least I tried? If you're not used to driving on ice or in snow, don't even bother unless you've taken your car out and practiced on quiet residential streets. It's all in the timing... once a major snowfall has ended we're very efficient at getting the major routes cleared in about 3 hours or less. January is both the coldest and snowiest month. A major ice storm takes longer to recover. But, it's not like it snows continually here. 99% of the time it doesn't snow here in the winter but, when it does, everyone's timetable is affected.
...Drumsticks said it all, the morning of my last massage appointment I was greeted with a 5" snowfall & still made it on time.
to all that took the time to answer my question...much appreciated
Just bundle up until its time to cuddle!!!
