I just found out I am on a blacklist. I had an appointment scheduled this Monday with a highly regared provider.  and was just notified that it wont happen because I am on a client blacklist.  
I really am confused and pissed off about this.
I wasnt told why I am on the list. The only mention is insulting practices.

with 44 reviews and almost 30% of your scores for performance are 5 or less. Those 13 reviews averaged a 3.5. I read some but not all of his reviews, seems to have lots of issues, some his some possibly not.

You aren't even supposed to have access to that area of any blacklist.
second you had to have done something to get on there, I tend to trust other ladies so I doubt you ended up there for no reason .  
Also I believe you can't really get off them entirely .

If I see a guys name on there for something minuscule ( now, I'm not speaking for others but I do give them a chance .
Usually the opposite is true and it turns out fine.  

I think JChan was attempting humor, based on the idea that OP gave his real name to a traveler or agency (incredibly trustworthy, Florida-based? ultra-discreet agency run by people who speak no more than 20 words of English all with an eastern European accent, the sort of people you'd trust with your life)

A provider blacklisted me once, this was after she'd given me a P411 OK that she removed. I posted a review about two months after seeing her (and getting the OK). I gave her a 7 & 8, but said we didn't click, said she didn't seem into kissing, and said I thought she was a little shorter than listed on her TER profile. As soon as she read that, she went postal on me via email because about my comment on her being shorter than listed. She ended the email saying I had one thing right, that she didn't want to kiss me because I was too fat and ugly. She then blacklisted me, saying I lied in reviews if I didn't get what I wanted. Since she admitted she didn't want to kiss me (although I'm sure she didn't actually remember me by the time she blacklisted me), the only other thing I could have lied about was thinking she was short.

Exactly! I've seen people listed just for asking too many questions or too many emails.  
IMO that is NOT what the blacklists are for .

I think as long as you have a few solid references you'll be fine. Not advising that ladies ignore blacklists but to take into consideration that sometimes it's not always accurate.

Your best defense is a good reputation with the ladies you have seen.  It's similar to what happens when a well-reviewed lady gets a bad review; we tend to ignore it in the face of the many good ones.  I suggest you contact someone whom you have seen in the past and see them again.
