I MISS YOU ALL!! I have been receiving a ton of emails asking for updates on my condition!  I have to apologize for not always getting back!  That is not really my style, but my time is short right now.  So to all of the wondering minds and people that I have not had time to email back, here is the deal:

I have cancer in my ovary.  Here is the problem, I had the other one removed when I was 15 for the same reason.  When you are 25 and may want more kids, you kinda need an ovary. :)  I have been dealing with chemo and taking a zillion pills to try to save the ovary.  I still need it removed but have bought some time!  I am going to get my eggs harvested and frozen sometime in the near future, then I can have some babies later in life.  After that I am having my ovary removed and will be aok. .. :)

So I am fine, alive and well with a plan!

No I am not retired, think of it more like a 6 month vacation!!  I will be back out for some quality playtime asap!!

Once again, apologies to all that I have not emailed back lately!! I do miss you!!

You sound like a very smart and level headed person. Just reading your message it feels like there is some comfort in at least having a plan. I hope it all works out!

Being a cancer victem, I can understand your feelings. Good for you that you have a plan. I'll Have surgery wed. AM to start my healing process. MUCH GOOD LUck to you in your future.

I understand the desire to have biologically-related children... but many of my friends have adopted children who really need homes. Think of the children, not you own desires.
