Despite having texted and confirmed a meeting with Cherrie (see link below) for today, I was disappointed to become yet another NCNS sucker.

I saw your post earlier today and NCNS is something that Cherrie doesn't do so I called her up to see if she was ok as something must have been wrong for her to pull an NCNS.  I hope that she calls, emails, or texts you back and apologizes to you. I suggested she should but the hobby isn’t foremost on her mind at present. I would give her a few days as she was really distraught over things when I called.  I know the last month has been pretty stressful in her personal life and she’s having some problems coping.  Many do at her age.  I don’t have PM access at present (hanging out as a basic member until I get off my butt and submit another review) and we don’t need to go any further in a public forum.  She’s a decent, somewhat mixed up, rather immature person who is a lot of fun to get to know.  I wouldn’t strike her off your to do list yet.  Maybe try again later in the week, next week.

I can't totally agree wth "NCNS is something that Cherrie doesn't do".

A couple of months ago she NS'd an appt.  I got a hold of her by phone and her excuse....was not that convincing. We set an appt. later that day and she completely NCNS that.

I've spoken with her a few times after that to see if we could hook up...but she would never return any messages to finalize anything. It was time to move on...too much of a hassle.

If she's currently sidetracked with issues...then maybe she shouldn't be taking, much less NCNSing on appts.  Just a thought

It may be unusual for her to NCNS but that shouldn't mean she gets a pass on it.  I'm all for giving second chances but she should do something to fix the problem as well.

Cherrie has contacted me and apologized profusely.  She had a problem of a personal nature the day of my appointment that precluded her from contacting me until afterwards.  I believe her, and she says she is willing to make it up to me.  I am satisfied, and I consider the matter closed.
