Maybe, but in my experience, the level of competency for most BP providers makes a happy ending a requirement to ensure satisfaction. And legal services are 1/2 the price.

I saw the heading on BP. Just wondering what it is. And why would anyone on BP be looking for a safe and LEGAL massage.
At a spa like Ivy, I pay upwards of $120 . The going rate should be anywhere from $60-$80 for an independent legit massage person on avg I think . A place like massage envy is only cheap because it's corporate chain .
