Without the database or access to the server as evidence, what kind of case do they have against Tiger or anyone else?

The police fed misinformation to the press. This might be appropriate when dealing with terrorism or trying to catch a serial killer or child molester. Is this appropriate professional bahavior in such a minor 'crime' as this?

I think there's a real media story here. If the media colluded with the police to spread false information, is there an ethical journalist out there willing to expose this?

What changed to allow Tiger to remove what was agreed on with the county attorney to post on the original MFP home page?

Can anyone verify this with Tiger that all this is actually true?

Attorneys need to give advise in the sole interest of their clients. Most of the time they are correct. In situations such as ours breaking the communication gap is the last thing you want to do and is exactly what LE wants.

After reading Nora’s message I believe what she’s trying to say is;

1.  A tornado hit her head on.

2. Her attorney, told her she needs to forget the warning siren and run for shelter, probably good advise when you don’t know who to trust and who not to. Still, advise she now questions.

(I do believe protecting herself and her rights first was probably the best way she could protect all of us at the time.)

3. Right now she is brushing the debris off, assessing the damage, and sticking close to a very few that came running to her aid.

          Yes Drumsticks it is verified, however I fear her attorney may become upset and possibly quit come Monday.

Perhaps more support would have been forthcoming had we been informed of what was truth and what was fiction.  In these situations, it is difficult to know who to trust and who to run from.

Securing open communication is a must and should of been from the start.

youdummy I believe have a good handle on the whole thing....gottigergotigergotiger  did you support her before when she needed it and will you support her now when she really needs it.....Ladies and gentlemen I think the TIGER probably will need everyone support and possibibly has now put her tail in a hell of a mess trying to help all of you rest easier tonight and in the future.....It looks like she is the fabulous lady she has always had the reputation to be...now we will see who helps her or just takes her support and does not give her any back...I think LE has a TIGER by the tail but I think that TIGER could use our help right now.....It was very gusty what she did and I am sure youdummmy hit it on the head if she will have a lawyer on Monday.   Now is the time for all of us to step up to the plate and help a very brave lady that needs our help more than ever just because she felt we all needed to know the truth so we could all rest at ease tonight.....here is a lady that does what she believes and will protect everyone the best she knows how.....puts her tail in a ringer to help us... now what.... Well she put her tail in the ringer this time for us but lets show her some real support instead of just lip service....I think with all the great gentlemen and great ladies out there, someone can come up with a way to really support this lady....

PS  lets all learn something from this lady too....We do have the right to remain silent and to ask for a lawyer....STFU.....

Also remember....LE is not our friend, they can and will LIE....they can not help us and will do their best to hurt us......this is our justice system and we have to live with it but it is still the best in the world but remember.... STFU....

Many of us have always supported Tiger and were happy to receive communication from her. We have been waiting to hear from her; hoping to hear from her. Why do you think we always spoke so highly of her and her endeavors, her site (eg, linking to it and talking about it whenever we had a chance)? Although supporting and associating ourselves with her site made many of us unjustly lose almost all of our MN clients over the past month (I will keep my mouth shut and not say what I really feel about those clients), we supported her and her site. She created avenues to keep us safe and provided us with a community, which was so essential! Thank you.

We have been waiting for the truth to come out.

Many of us knew the articles written about her were complete bullshit. The media likes to sensationalize things. Pretty much everything mentioned in those articles were lies. We were just waiting for everything to die down and the truth come out. Lies cannot continue to be promoted when they are indeed lies. Many of us knew that...we waited and she spoke. Thank goodness! There is a sigh of relief.

Anywho, there are many ways to support Tiger. To those who want to support her in addition to believing in her, go to the site and click on the navigation icon "support". I will do so once I get access to my laptop (I am on my handheld and in addition to my limited internet access, there are bound to be spelling errors).

So if some of you have not learned anything over the past month, learn this: It is good to be discreet. You can be discreet by getting a hobby phone registered to a name other than yours (this will keep the wifey from calling us as well).

Also, you can be discreet when paying for hobby related expenses online...or donating to a favorite site of yours.

Ladies, if you pay for your advertising expenses this way, you will never have to worry about being in some database and whether or not the big bad wolves are after you. You can rest at ease, at least in this aspect though there are other ways for them to get us.

If any of you want to support any person or site online, I suggest you pay attention and follow the directions below so you will not be in a database going forward. Keep in mind, if you want to make a donation greater than $100, you may want to find a different method unless you are ok with purchasing multiple gift/debit cards or one from your bank.

Now I am certain the feds will waste their time and try to ban gift/debit cards since I am speaking so openly about them. Hopefully, they will find something better to do with their time.

Instructions:
1. Get up off the couch and take a walk to Walgreens (they are located almost everywhere in MN). You can even jog there! (US Bank also has Visa gift/debit cards).

2. Locate the gift/debit card area (usually by the cashier).

3. Look for the yellow gift/debit cards that say Visa. The Visa card is yellow. At the top of the card, it says debit, on the bottom of the card it says gift. If you go to US Bank, there is only one option...the Visa gift/debit card. The option is NOT yellow. It is blue, I think.

4. Decide how much you would like to spend. At Walgreens, the increments for these cards are $30, $50, $60, and $100. US Bank allows you to put more than $100 on their Visa gift/debit cards (though I am not sure of the max allowed).

5. Buy the card. Don't hesitate. They don't bite!

6. Jog home!

7. Get out your laptop or computer.

8. If you bought a Visa gift/debit card from Walgreens (the yellow one), go to gift2go.net. If you got the gift card from US Bank, go to the URL myusbankaccount. I may have typed the wrong URL. No problem! Just turn over the gift/card and look for the gift/debit card option on the back of the card.

9. The walgreens option allows you to go to the icon, "update profile" or "update account" or "register card" (I can't remember). The US Bank option asks you to enter your card number as well as phone number. Since they do not know your phone number already (don't give it to them either), type in "9999". It instructs you to type in "9999".

10. Both options allow you to enter your "name" and "address". Have some fun with it. If you have always wanted to be named "Cher" type in your name as "Cher". Although that is tempting (even for some of you gents), pick a last name also. Pick a first and last name that you will remember, as well as an address you will remember (you will have to use this name and address when making a payment through paypal). Have you always wanted your address to be "123 Hot Ass St., Mpls...", then make that your address. If you feel uncomfortable about making up a fake name, use your initials.

11. Click "ok" to update or register your card.

12. Now, wait! Some people have tried to register cards online and make a purchase right afterwards only to say, "gift/debit cards don't work!" Yes, they do. Just be patient. I always wait an hour before using them online.

13. Now you are ready to make online purchases or donations to former verification websites or sites you support! Yaaaaayyyy!

If your reason for not supporting something you believe in online is lack of discretion, the aforementioned is your solution. Some of us have never had our real names tied to any websites.

For those who never want to be worried about their names in a database, use gift cards to make payments.

Ladies, you can pay for almost all your online advertising with gift/debit cards. Then you will never worry about if the big bad guys are after you because your name is in a database. Eliminate that issue from the onset. Of course, they can get you other ways, by stinging you at your incall or their outcall. By safe and always screen.

there are many women and men who have had to fork out good money to protect themselves and others.  I don't see them asking for donations.

before you kill the messenger, please remember there are far better hero's here in Minnesota who have gone through the same as Nora.  

Many have families to protect who have forked out just as much to defend themnselves as well.  Each one of these people could have turned states evidence against many.  

Too bad NO-ONE thought of fighting against those idiots who made this playground unsafe in the first place.  Many posts were put up warning everyone of the dangers of these activities.  People obviously knew the laws and ignored them to make money.  Now, we're all paying for their greed.  

When a site makes 5 figures a year off membership, they should take the responsibility to keep things legal and take one for the team when things get hot.  Immediately, not months after warnings bells were ringing.

Stating she was on vacation in Colorado without internet access wasn't brave.  She put us all in danger long before this post by LE went up.  And, warning signs had to have been shot over her bow long before this or she wouldn't have changed the site rules months ahead.

Please take the pussy goggles off and take a close look at who are the true victims.
