I went to see a massage provide yesterday. I did an exchange and started rubbing my unit between her checks and released on her lower back about 20 minutes into my hour.
 She was mildly upset about it and made some comment about how she was going to be nice and not charge extra.  
I've done this before with several other providers and nobody else seemed surprised. Am I in the wrong here? What is he etiquette on this?

is many of them seem to like to have VERY unclear menus. I am assuming so they can have more control of what happens during the session.

d hopefully she has it in her profile, reviews or communication on what her parameters are.  She may have been very worried it might spill not just on her back and may spill down through her ass cheeks and then her pussy which would freak many a provider, but if it was truly just on her back ... well, I would discuss it with her so she can shed more light on it and you two can be clear on parameters.

There should be a name for that so it would be easier to find out if it's on the menu or not. Once we give it a name you may have to educate some of the providers at first. I think I've told at least half a dozen providers what "birdwatching" means. But if a euphemism catches on it would be easier than saying "Can I rub up against your ass and cum on your back?"  

Should I phrase that as 'Gliding Lessons' or 'Gliding Tours'?   Because I don't think it would make sense to ask if you speak glider .

 I think sometimes guys are a little hesitant to ask "where do you want it" because the answer may very well be "I don't" and that's kind of a buzzkill.  I will say that over my many years of hobbying, something that I have been asked very rarely--maybe 2-3 times ever--is her asking me "where do you want it?"  If you want to put limits on that you can actually do that by how you ask.  "I want it on me, where do you want that to be?" at once makes your guy's knees tremble, while sending the subtle message that CIM, for instance, isn't what you are asking for.  
   
 Some women love it, some are neutral, some would rather not but will tolerate it, usually followed by a mad dash for the bathroom.  I'd be more inclined to ask "where would you like it?" if I knew in advance that it was actually liked.
