For those who use Twitter, especially in connection with this activity, Twitter has sent you an email with its new "Privacy Policy."  Read it!

The default policy strikes me as highly risky in terms of data collection and sharing and possibly would allow sham commercial endeavors (boys in blue, vigilantes, pimp run escort agencies) to purchase Twitter data for mailing to you.

Review the new Twitter post carefully and make up your own mind.  It gives you options; decide it they are enough protection.  Not for me: I deleted my account.
