Wondering if any of the Asian agencies offer outcall to Bloomington? Any recommendations on independent Asian outcall? Appreciate the assistance.

Use the ER search, and select Outcall Available and Asian options.  You may need to sift through the results.  Lily V may be available for outcall.  

Few, possibly none, Asian agency outcalls.
Very few independent Asians and can't think of any doing outcalls. Except Lilly.
However, a number of the incalls are very near where you are.
