If they're UTR, then you're going to have trouble finding them...

What part of the experience has been the best?  I'll agree that sometimes, emphasis on sometimes, the experience with a UTR provider has an element of intimacy that is sometimes, emphasis on sometimes, missing with an OTR (on the radar) provider.  But in terms of actual performance, top-rated ladies are top rated for a reason...e.g., Natalie, Poppy, Trinity, Astrid...I could go on.  Give them a try if you haven't.

I was chatting with someone back and forth in a PM about our favorite providers, and it suddenly struck me, that the best experiences I've had have been with girls working 'UTR'. I don't know why that is, but maybe that's my kink? If that can be called a kink.... :)

Maybe it's just been my good fortune, but the UTR relationships I've encountered have stemmed from a situation where there's mutual attraction. It assures me that I'm not exploiting anyone's desperation. That's a line I won't cross... call me soft-hearted. I think with OTR girls the fear lingers that this could be the case.  
Irrational on my behalf possibly, but I have to avoid that at all costs.

That's the downfall of sticking pretty much to UTR ladies only. You can't really ask them for a reference... :( I'd love to try the ladies you mentioned. I did nearly see Trinity a few weeks ago but my flight back to the cities got cancelled and I arrived back a day late! I cancelled well in advance but I still feel sheepish about it. No way to treat a lady, I will hold my hands up (even if it was unseasonal weather patterns that were to blame...)

From my experience and what I have heard from others, UTR girls are most commonly someone a hobbyist knows before they go UTR or hear about through back channels.

I've known a few, and yes,  it's usually someone that goes UTR or someone I know tells me about them.  

UTRs are usually less dragged out and much more into the few people they actually see.  

However, I would never tell anyone about a UTR unless I knew for sure they were the type that would keep it under wraps and be the type of client a UTR gal would want. That's what guys have done for me, and that's the same way I'd do it. Asking for UTR info in an open forum isn't going to get you anywhere unless the person giving out the info doesn't *get it*

I still see clients--even new ones sometimes!--but no longer actively/regularly advertise. My priorities are elsewhere, but now my escort "work" is more of a sexy getaway than a job. (Which is how it should be IMO!)

Perfectly put, if I might say so :) If I'm 100% confident that a woman is seeing clients out of choice then that makes it all the more erotic. Plus, the human in us (or at least, the non-sociopathic amongst us) couldn't bring themselves to exploit anyone's serious financial predicament. Which is why I'm not a regular 'hobbyist', I guess...

But you'd eat a a restaurant where someone is working for minimum wage? We all are exploited. Someone pays us to do things they can't or would rather not do. We all exploit in the same way.

Paying a starving 18 year old $5 for a BJ would be taking advantage of a person when they are down, but paying $250+ to an adult, independent woman for an hour of intimacy? That is a far cry from negative connotation one usually is going for with the word "exploitation".  

Some of these fine ladies are laughing their exploited asses off all the way to the bank, and to that: More power to them! They deserve every penny of it!

Well, if you can live with the thought that the lady you're with is acting but in reality she's disliking what she's doing and ordinarily wouldn't go near you with a bargepole if there were no compensation, then more power to you. I'm just saying I'm uncomfortable with it. I know some aren't... I can only speak for me.
